a belated blog .:[misc blog update]:.

Rather than actually updating you with something fun like art I'm working on or some shoes (yes there are still shoes), I'm going to link you guys to this really messed up song that explains why I go by 'bewaretheteddy'.
If you go to the link, you'll end up on youtube at a recording of the 1932 song "Teddy Bears' Picnic" being covered by "Henry Hall & His Orchestra".
This song was involved in a lot of children's programming when I was growing up, and no doubt before that, and no doubt it is still being used now.
However, after listening to it after coming home from having a few drinks with my mates one night a few years ago, I grew a new found appreciation for exactly how scary this song can be.

Especially in the dark on your own very late at night whilst under the influence of alcohol.
